Built with optimum strength & durability in mind the small frame range of three point linkage sprayers are the perfect blend of function & style.
Choose from our range of “Work Ready” – configured sprayers with suited tank, boom, pump & hose reels or configure your own.
Work ready sprayers are as the name suggests – ready for work. Tank sizes are complemented by a matched boom & pump size along with a 30m hose reel and quality pistol spray gun or you can choose to configure your own unit from tank sizes 200, 300, 450, 600, 800 or 1000L & boom sizes from 4 to 12 metres in width.
Popular options are available such as foam markers, electric controllers and larger pumps all designed to make your spraying tasks easier and safer.

3PL Small Frame – chassis
The units feature a fully welded tubular / RHS frame to handle all popular options while providing a lightweight yet strong package.
A full steel construction is used with a combination of RHS, tubular steel and laser cut plates to provide a robust platform.
The frame incorporates many gussets that double as mounting brackets for the fitment of common options. Goldacres paint is an epoxy modified, acrylic melamine based topcoat containing pigments of high opacity and colour retention. It features excellent gloss, excellent mar resistance (the resistance of material to abrasive action), is tough and flexible with excellent resistance to chemicals.
Goldacres have taken steps to ensure sprayers are well protected against corrosive substances.
A frame pins
Industry standard 3 point linkage cat 2 pin system.
Fully welded frame
Mig welded RHS/tubular frame using quality Australian made steel.
Paint
A three stage paint process is used across the range. All steel is shot blasted to a class 2 finish before a high fill undercoat is applied then a final top coat of acrylic is baked to give an excellent chemical resistance gloss finish.

The sleek tank design features smooth internal surfaces for easy decontamination and is made of a UV resistant polypropylene to ensure a long trouble free life.
- UV resistant polypropylene tank.
- Rotationally moulded with a minimum 6mm wall thickness.
- Unique “T” bolts fasten tank to frame.
- Large sump for complete tank drainage.
Handwash tank
A 23L handwash tank is conveniently incorporated into the tank design.
Tank lid
Quality componentry is used across the range – a hinged main tank lid ensures the lid will stay on the machine at all times.
Sight tube
Tanks feature wire reinforced clear sight tubes that are calibrated in 50L increments to give a clear reading of the tank volume.
3PL Small Frame – standard features
Control station
Manual control unit is fitted & features flip section levers along with manual pressure adjustment & bypass valve. Sections can easily be added if necessary.
Filtration
A suction filter with 50 mesh screen and shut off valve is fitted to enable cleaning without losing the contents of the tank.
Pump
Udor diaphragm pumps provide constant volume & pressure along with the most chemical resistant components such as desmopan for the pump diaphragms, plasticized aluminium heads & stainless internal components ensuring great pump life and excellent pump performance.
30m hose reel
Water / chemical, steel housing, 30m hose length, 3/8” hose diameter, 300 psi / 20 bar max pressure, fitted with pistol grip gunjet.
3PL Small Frame – options
Step (bolt on)
An optional step is available on all Small frame 3PL units to help gain access to the top of the tank (Standard fitment on Medium and Large frame 3PL).
Venturi agitator
Plumbed from the pressure side of the pump agitator turn over 400 l/min. Internal jet causes a venturi effect which draws liquid through the sides and out the end to give powerful mixing agitation.
Foam marker
Double sided 22L foam marker efficiently track where you have sprayed.
Electric controller
Enables electric control of your boom sections and pressure adjustment from the tractor cab.
Fenceline jets
Choose either manual or electric fenceline nozzles that cover up to 3m. (Coverage maybe affected by conditions)
Quick hitch
Optional female A frame quick hitch can be fitted to the sprayer in place of the 3 point cat 2 pins. (Only available on Small and Medium frame 3PL units).
