When a large tank capacity is a must look no further than the Large frame three point linkage range.
Available in tank sizes 1500, 1800 & 2000L with boom sizes up to 30 metres.
The tanks cleverly incorporate a 100L rinse water tank to enable complete system flushing after use, this improves pump longevity and speeds up the decontamination process immensely. For convenience all sprayer controls are done from the left hand side of the unit and feature intuitive well labeled taps and levers.
A full filtration system is fitted with a large capacity suction filter and two inline pressure filters.
A range of diaphragm pumps are available in either pto or hydraulic drive in sizes from 170 to 260 l/min.
Diaphragm pumps provides consistent volume and pressure and feature the most chemical resistant components such as desmopan for the pump diaphragms and stainless steel internal components ensuring great pump life and excellent pump performance. The standard control system fitted is a three way electric with electric pressure adjustment with a range of auto rate controllers available including a full ISO BUS system.
Goldacres booms have forged a reputation for strength and durability, and come in an array of different sizes, all built with one common goal in mind – to give you accurate chemical application. Booms range from the full hydraulic lift and fold Delta in sizes 15, 18, 21 & 24m and feature the proven Delta 3 way suspension system. For rugged terrain you could choose the robust TriTech boom in sizes 24, 28 or 30m for rowcrop spraying the multi fold Krono booms are available in 12 & 15m and provide single sided boom operation with multiple folding options.

3PL Large Frame – chassis
A large capacity, robust frame encompasses either 1500, 1800 or 2000L tanks.
The full RHS construction is designed to carry either rowcrop Krono booms in 12 or 15m or broadacre delta / TriTech booms in 15 to 30m.
All brackets for the sprayer control are conveniently located on the left hand side of the unit well within reach of the operator.
Cat 3 linkage pins with adjustable top link is used to connect the sprayer to the tractor with drop down legs fitted standard to provide strong footing when the sprayer is disconnected.
Goldacres paint is an epoxy modified, acrylic melamine based topcoat containing pigments of high opacity and colour retention.
It features excellent gloss, excellent mar resistance (the resistance of material to abrasive action), tough and flexible and excellent resistance to chemicals.
Drop down legs
Straight legs for greater sprayer stability when disconnected from the tractor.

The linkage unit uses a rotationally moulded UV resistant polyethylene large capacity tank with smooth internal walls for easy decontamination. Available in either 1500, 1800 or 2000L both tanks feature sight tubes & a large sump or complete tank draining.
100L saddle tank
Plumbed through a 3 way ball valve to allow flushing of the system.
Sight tube
Tanks feature wire reinforced clear sight tubes that are calibrated in 50L increments.
Sump
The sump allows complete tank drain.
Top mount bottom fill
The top mount bottom fill enables the sprayer to be filled from a safe working height. Located at the side of the unit, the top mount bottom fill eliminates the need to fill the sprayer through the lid, greatly improving safety and ease of filling. A drop hose is fitted inside the sprayer tank to reduce foaming while filling.

Control station
Simple pressure manifold station directs pump flow to venturi’s and other ancillaries.
Filtration
A high flow suction filter with 50 mesh screen is plumbed with a 3 way ball valve to allow suction from fresh water tank. Two inline self cleaning pressure filters are fitted with 80 & 100 mesh stainless screens.
Pump
Udor pump features chemical resistant components such as desmopan for the pump diaphragms and stainless internal components ensuring great pump life and is standard with a 540 rpm pto drive.
Agitator
The supermix venturi agitator system that multiplies the amount of pump flow back into the tank. Smooth internal walls allows thorough cleaning and rinsing of the tank.
Control station
All controls are located on the left hand side of the unit, clearly labeled and simple to use.
Probe
The probe is a simple method of transferring chemical into the main tank directly from a drum.
Electric controller
Three section control with electric pressure adjustment is fitted with motorised ball valves.

Electric over hydraulics
Not enough hydraulic outlets on your tractor? Not a problem! Control all hydraulic functions with a configured electric over hydraulic manifold.
Induction hopper
40L capacity induction hopper uses the chemical pump to operate a bottom mounted venturi. Quickly inducts dry or liquid chemical & is fitted with drum rinse & tank rinse nozzles.
Zeta 260 pump
290 psi / 20 bar at 256 l/min @ 550 rpm. Min 12.7 hp required with 6 diaphragms. Hydraulic drive option available.
Controllers
Raven rate controllers either the SCS450 (max 5 sections) and the SCS4400 (max 10 sections) for maintaining your applied application rates.
